Dear YES Community,
Our seventh-grade class is starting a plastic waste project focused on sustainability and creative reuse. To make this project a success, we need your help in collecting clean, soft plastic trash.
We are looking for items such as:
- Plastic grocery bags
- Food wrappers (e.g., chip bags, snack wrappers)
- Bubble wrap
- Plastic film packaging
- Bread bags
Please ensure that all materials are clean and dry before sending them in with your student.We need these materials before Thanksgiving Break. This deadline will give students sufficient time to complete their project activities. You may drop off these materials in the labeled box in Mrs. Blount’s room.Thank you for your anticipated help and support in this hands-on environmental project!Sincerely,The Seventh Grade Class
